We are metalheads, convinced that difference is a strength, and we do our best to value the difference through our products.

What are the delivery times ?

As we are a small company, we take between 2 and 5 days to process the order (usually 2 days). Then our carrier delivers 5 to 30 days.

Depending on the delivery time of the country and customs in some countries delivery may take up to 50 days after shipment.

In France in general, delivery times are between 12 to 40 days.

Why is my order not complete?

We deliver an item as soon as it is ready so depending on availability we do not send all items at the same time.

What is the price of delivery?

Delivery is free throughout the site!

Loyalty program what is it?

Each order you receive on your customer account points. You can exchange them at any time for promotional codes.

Sponsorship program told me more?

When you have made your first order on the site you can invite friends to discover asmodia, your friend will receive € 5 voucher for his first order that to you it will be 5% of all orders he will spend on the site ! But that's not all, if your godson invites his friends you will have 2% on their orders. If they invite you you will receive 1%. You will understand it is a sponsorship program on 3 levels of what have lots of vouchers for you, and to crack on the outfits of the site!

Which payment is accepted?

Visa, master card and american express but also Pay pal. All payments are secured with stripe and pay pal with SSL technology!

What if my item is improperly printed / damaged / defective?

We are sorry to hear this, please contact us within 15 days (date of receipt as proof) with:

We will get back to you as soon as possible and will replace (as far as possible) or refund.

How long do I have to return my package?

You have 30 days after receiving the order. After this period no refund will be accepted.
